Highly sought after, large and luxurious apartments for 2-8 persons, which offer excellent standards at unbeatable prices. Our Guests return here time and time again. All apartments have large bedrooms and living areas, fully equipped modern kitchens, bathrooms with double washbasins and separate WC, providing guests with the most spacious and comfortable accommodation. Some apartments with terrace, others feature a private sauna and jacuzzi. You will find a reception service with fluent English, lift and free wireless internet access.

Location: The apartments are situated right in the heart of Zell am See, at the start of the pedestrian zone with all the shops, restaurants and businesses you may need. Just one minute walk to the main ski lift City Xpress while the free skibus stop for the Areit skiing nursery area (few minutes ride) and Kaprun glacier is right at the back of the building. Two minutes walk to the indoor swimming pool an the ice-skating rink. Three minutes walk to the lake (frozen in the winter and officially open for walks and ice-skating).

Edelweiss Zell

Family-friendly apartments for 2-8 persons. All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, telephone and cable TV. Most apartments feature a balcony with the panoramic views of the lake or the surrounding alpine peaks. Bedrooms are furnished with double bunk beds or feature separate bedrooms with double beds. Cots, extra beds and high chairs are available. Extra services: breakfast service, internet connection. The building also has a large lounge and recreation room with cable-TV, games, books, darts and internet. There is also a sauna complete with relaxation room and solarium.

Location: Well situated, only 5 mins (or 1 min bus ride) to the main ski lift City Express. The free skibus stop is right next to the building and will take you directly to the Areit skiing nursery area (15 mins ride). Just 5 mins walk to the old town square and only 100 metres to the lake. The indoor swimming pool and ice-skating rink are directly opposite the apartment.

Martha Apartment

A lovely newly decorated three-bedroom apartment with solid wood furniture, three cable-TVs, telephone, safety box, radio, internet connection (LAN). Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a seating area for up to 6 persons. Terrace with entrance to the flower meadow (at ground-level) and backyard seating.

The house boasts large children’s playground and a small petting zoo. In the hotel section you will find a wellness area with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, solarium, adventure shower and fresh water spring.

Location: Quiet location, backing onto the forest. Own free skibus stop right in front of the building (1 min ride to the main TrassXpress ski lift, which will take you directly to the top of the mountain). In the other direction, 12 mins walk or 4 mins bus ride to the old town centre.

Stein Farmhouse

Have a 300-years-old wooden mountain farmhouse all to yourself! This wonderful place sleeps up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, living-room with a sofa (makes a double bed if necessary) and a tiled stove, bathroom and WC. A steep wooden staircase leads up to three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and washbasins, the third one with two single bunk beds. Cable TV, internet access (LAN, WLAN). Balconies with stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. In front of the house your own small private garden for that snowman and snow fights. Great opportunity for children to make friends with sheep, ducks, hens and a cat! Get them involved in the farm activities with the owners next door, enjoy the forest at the back of the farmhouse and try local organic produce. Daily bread delivery possible.

Location: Stunning location up the mountain, 250 metres above Zell am See, reached by a safe paved road.

Car hire recommended (5 mins drive to the town centre and the main ski lift. Car parking on site.) Alternatively, taxi to/from the ski lift 8€ one way.

Edelweiss Thumersbach

Tasteful, luxurious apartments, sleeping 2 - 9 persons, all with balconies and wonderful alpine and lake views. All apartments feature modern kitchens with a dishwasher, spacious living and dining areas, beautiful bathrooms and separate WC. You will also find a sauna and solarium in the building.

Location: Beautiful location directly on the sunny southern shore of the Zell am See lake. Secluded, protected nature reserve with wonderful cross-country skiing trails and a Nordic-Walking path around the lake are located directly across from the apartment house.

Car hire recommended (8 mins drive to the Areit nursery skiing area, 7 mins scenic drive around the lake to Zell am See centre or 3 mins to the shopping centre). Free guest parking on site.

Alternatively, the direct free skibus will take you around the lake to the main City Xpress ski lift in 13 mins or to the Areit nursery skiing area in 30 mins.

Kristall

Good budget option. Very good value, comfortable non-smoking apartments sleeping 2 - 7 persons, many with balconies offering gorgeous views of the glacier. All apartments are equipped with kitchen, TV, hair dryer, telephone and safety box. Children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with sunbathing lawn, sauna, solarium and infrared cabin. Table tennis, garden chess, internet corner.

Location: South side of Zell am See, 1500 metres from the lake. Close to supermarkets and bus stops, which will get you to the ski lifts, including the Areit nursery area.

Car hire recommended (3 mins drive to the Areit nursery skiing area or 5 mins to the town centre). Car parking on site.

See Freiberg ****

Location: The apartment is situated in Kaprun, 10 minutes drive from the Kaprun glacier ski lifts and 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction to the Areit nursery skiing area.
