“Baking on the beach is just so last century. Try something different for your summer holidays and head inland to the Austrian Alps. The allure of mountains in summertime is undeniable; blue skies and sunshine, fresh air and no humidity, not to mention the host of healthy activities. And the peaks are even more beautiful in the summer; the terrain daubed with vivid shades of forested green and carpeted with wild flowers. The air is as bitingly fresh as it is in winter – but there is no need for bobble hat.” (Zest, January 2011).
Enjoy the different shades of blue from crystal-clear Lake Zell to the sky high above you...
There is not much difference between water and ice – merely a few degrees, actually.
From snow into the lake: in the morning glacier skiing at Kaprun, in the afternoon water skiing on Lake Zell!
